Use the contact below for account, sign-in, device-pairing, privacy, or security help. Include enough context to identify the problem, but never send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, OAuth secrets, or repository credentials.

Email alpha@dontstay.ai. Include the platform you use, the approximate time of the issue, and a short description. Screenshots should be checked for secrets before sending.
DontStay is in early access, so response times are not yet guaranteed.
Sign-in problems
Tell us whether you used Google, GitHub, or Apple and whether the problem happened before or after returning to DontStay. Do not send provider passwords or complete tokens. Signing in identifies your account; device access still requires separate pairing.
Account and data deletion
To request account and data deletion, email alpha@dontstay.ai from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to reauthenticate. We will also explain any limited records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
Security reports
For suspected account compromise, exposed credentials, or a security vulnerability, use alpha@dontstay.ai with “Security” in the subject. Avoid accessing other users’ data or disrupting production while investigating.
Self-service checks
- Confirm the identity provider account is active and that your browser allows the sign-in redirect.
- Confirm the Mac and mobile app show the same pairing request before approving it.
- Revoke a provider connection from that provider’s account settings if you suspect misuse.
- Keep device and application software current before repeating the flow.
